The Tanauan City Academy, Inc. is now accepting enrollees for School Year 2025โ2026 for all grade levels โ from Kindergarten to Grade 12. Walk-in enrollment is welcome at the school office during regular working hours.
Required documents: PSA Birth Certificate, Report Card (Form 138), and 2x2 ID photos. Siblings of current students enjoy priority processing.
Colegio de Tanauan City enrollees must also submit their high school diploma and TOR for transferees.

Grade 11 & College Pre-Registration Period
Rising Grade 11 students and incoming college freshmen are encouraged to pre-register their preferred strand or program early to secure their slots. Limited seats are available for STEM, ABM, and BS Criminology.
Pre-registration does not require full payment โ a reservation fee of โฑ500 secures your slot. Strand assessment and interview schedules will be announced separately.

WCOPA 2025 Talent Auditions Open
TCA is once again preparing its delegation for the World Championships of Performing Arts (WCOPA). We are looking for talented students in Dance, Singing, Instruments, and Theater Arts who wish to represent TCA on the world stage.
All currently enrolled students in Grades 4โ12 and College are eligible to audition. No prior competition experience required โ passion and dedication are what matter.
Interested students may submit a brief video audition (1โ2 mins) to the Student Affairs Office or sign up during the Physical Audition Days.

Tuition Fee Payment & Scholarship Application Deadline
All enrolled students are reminded that initial tuition payment must be settled on or before August 22, 2025 to secure class schedules and avoid late fees.
Accepted payment modes: Cash at the Cashier, GCash, and bank transfer (BDO). Official receipts are issued for all transactions.
Students applying for tuition discounts or sibling discounts must submit requirements to the Accounting Office no later than August 15. Incomplete documents will not be processed.

School Uniform & ID Requirements for SY 2025โ2026
Starting SY 2025โ2026, strict uniform enforcement will be implemented school-wide. Students must wear the prescribed TCA uniform every day. Violation of the dress code will be subject to the school's disciplinary policy.
New and transferee students may purchase uniforms at the TCA Uniform Shop starting July 14, 2025. School IDs are mandatory beginning the 3rd week of classes.
College students under Colegio de Tanauan City follow the college-specific uniform guidelines. Please check with the Dean's Office for details.
